Before starting your trek, you need to take both mental and physical training. This helps to withstand extreme weather and adventure in this region. We provide the best guides for you. All our trek guides are authorized and licensed by Nepal Government and reputed organizations such as Nepal Trekking Association. We suggest you choose guides who are licensed and authorized by the Nepal Government; along with those who have years of experience and are fluent in various languages including English, Chinese, Japanese and more.
Altitude sickness has been a major problem for most of the visitors. Here are the few tips that are tried and tested by our professional leaders:
Slow your ascend and take proper rest
Stay hydrated all the times
Eat a healthy balanced diet food which is a mixture of carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins
Sleep well throughout the trek for at least 7 hours

Besides, infant seats are not available during this flight. Wheelchairs are not accessible. You require a valid passport on the day of travel. Passport name, number, expiry, and country are very important for all participants before booking. We may take a maximum of 15 people per booking. Infants are suggested to sit on laps. The best month for the flight is during the pre-monsoon months. This is generally from March to May. However, post-monsoon months starting from late September till December are also considered favorable. You need to prepare accordingly during the winter seasons. Some people also go in February and early September.

We will run our booked trips under normal circumstances. You will still be going on the trip even if other cancel at the end moment. We will not cancel the whole trip even if there are fewer participants.
