The Annapurna Circuit Trek is widely celebrated as one of Nepal’s most iconic and spectacular route to the Himalayas. It not only offers a harmonious blend of natural splendor, also a cultural immersion, and spiritual discovery.
This 12 days adventure is designed for those seeking a complete Himalayan experience that transitions through dramatical transition on landscapes. You’ll experience everything on this single trek; from lush subtropical forests and terraced rice fields to high alpine meadows and dry, windswept mountain deserts.
The expedition typically begins in the subtropical lowlands of the Lamjung district, specifically starting from Besisahar. The air remains humid on the lowlands.
As the trail follows the Marsyangdi River upstream, the scenery shifts into temperate forests of oak, maple, and rhododendron, eventually leading into the high-altitude, windswept Manang Valley. This transition provides a rare opportunity to witness how geography shapes the lives and traditions of the local Gurung, Manangi, and Thakali communities.
For the truly adventurous, this package includes a side trip to the legendary Tilicho Lake. It is one of the highest lakes in the world and offers a pristine, high-desert atmosphere that serves as both a spiritual and visual highlight.
One of the major highlight also include crossing Thorong La Pass. The pass is famously regarded as the world's wildest and longest high-altitude pass. Crossing this pass will test your strength and endurance, but those who push through the icy air and steep slopes are rewarded with breathtaking views of the Himalayan giants.
After this high point of the trek, the trail drops steeply into the dry, rain-shadow region of Lower Mustang, leading to the sacred site of Muktinath. This temple is an important pilgrimage place, where 108 water spouts and an eternal flame reflect the deep connection between Hindu and Buddhist beliefs.
This package is graded as challenging and is best suited for those with good physical fitness, preferably trekking in the Spring (March–May) or Autumn (September–November) for optimal conditions. From green valleys to high mountain passes, Annapurna Circuit trek is a true Himalayan adventure. Step onto the trail and create memories that will last a lifetime.

We must not overlook the issues of altitude sickness regarding the difficulty level of any trekking route in Nepal. When you start getting over 4000m, you might feel some difficulty. This is obvious that those hours seem to be never-ending. This route is the longest in the region. It is the complete circling of the Annapurna massif. The route is considered to be harder and complicated than Annapurna Base Camp Trek. This is because of the high altitude of Thorong La Pass which is about 5,416m. Steep climbs and long distance along with pared-down amenities adds the difficulty of the trek. You need to be physically fit and should be capable of walking 5 to 7 hours each day. Cycling, swimming, hiking, and jogging are some of the ways to get your body trained for a successful journey.
The best time is during the pre-monsoon months of March through May. It is also favorable after post-monsoon. This starts from late September till December. However, it is also possible to trek in February and early September.
We will run our booked trips under normal circumstances. You will still be going on the trip even if other hikers cancel at the end moment. We will not cancel the whole trip even if there are fewer participants. Please note that we will not be continuing the trip if there is a political riot, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics or catastrophes, etc.
You will be guided by experts who are experienced and have been to camp multiple times for years. Our guides are locals who communicate in English. They acquire deep knowledge of the mountain, people, culture, hygiene, and safety.
Our institution offers a lifetime deposit policy. This allows you the flexibility to transfer your deposit to anyone or any other trip. However, you will charge a certain amount, if you wished to cancel your booked trips. You may visit our booking terms and conditions. In this way, you will get detailed information.
The highest point is the Thorong La Pass, which stands at an elevation of 5,416 meters (17,769 ft). It is the most challenging yet rewarding part of the journey, providing a 360-degree panorama of the surrounding Himalayan giants.
Accommodation consists of mountain teahouses, which are rustic lodges offering basic, small rooms usually equipped with two single beds. While dining areas are often heated by a central stove in the evenings, bedrooms generally lack insulation and heating.
It is highly recommended to hire a porter to make your trek more enjoyable and safer at high altitudes. A porter typically carries a weight limit of 18 to 20 kg, which is usually shared between two trekkers. Also, our package provides porter for your smooth trekking.
The best way to prevent altitude sickness is to ascend gradually, include rest days for acclimatization (such as in Manang), and stay well-hydrated by drinking 4 liters of water daily. It is also essential to avoid alcohol and smoking while at high elevations to support better oxygen flow.
Yes, most hotels you stay in Kathmandu provide free storage facilities for items you do not need on the trail. We also provide you to space to store your extrs luggage.
