The most significant things to be included on the backpack are:

Others
You need to pack your bags lightly because you will not be able to carry heavy loads along with the trek. You will not be able to enjoy your journey in the Himalayas unless you pack wisely. You will be sleeping in small lodges and tea houses during the entire trip. Please be prepared with the right clothes as per the season. It will get colder at the higher elevations especially during winters. You can also consult us or simply visit our comprehensive packing list for the Upper Mustang Trekking in Nepal.
You can enter Nepal by land as well as flight. Several airlines have direct flights to Kathmandu from many different countries like London, Paris, Doha, Osaka, Bangkok, Singapore, etc. One representative from our office will be at the airport to pick up. So, you can easily enter this beautiful country.
You don’t have to be a marathon runner. However, you need to be mentally and physically prepared while you are trekking in the mountainous regions. You may have to walk for 5-7 hours per day depending on your speed. Individuals need no such detailed skills for trekking in mountainous regions of Nepal. However, we will be providing orientation before the trek.
The accommodation in this region is considered the best so far. There is an upscale service than anywhere else in the upper Himalayas. It’s all up to you where you want to sleep. You may choose from guesthouse, hotels, resorts, or teahouses. Guesthouses may vary from extremely expensive to cheap. Low-budget houses are usually of poor quality. They are as not much deluxe as those in the urban areas. However, they are well off than the cheap lodges or budges guesthouse. Teahouses' accommodation is most predominant amongst hikers. They are equipped with furnished wood and solar hot showers. You will have a pillow, mattress, and a blanket along with western toilet facilities. As you ascend higher, the accommodation will be simpler with basic facilities.
We will organize a porter for you so that you can hike back to Lukla. The porter will be carrying your duffel bags. Similarly, we will provide a stipend to cover your lodges and meals. Our staffs will meet you at Lukla, arrange tickets and assist you to make the safe flight back to Kathmandu.
It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance. You need to make sure that it covers emergency evacuation at high altitude. Altitude sickness may attack you though you are physically fit. The only solution is to take time and walk slow. If you feel uncomfortable, it is suggested to go lower elevation.
We will run our booked trips under normal circumstances. You will still be going on the trip even if other hikers cancel at the end moment. We will not cancel the whole trip even if there are fewer participants. Please note that we will not be continuing the trip if there is a political riot, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or catastrophes, etc.
Yes, the trek is fixable. We can continue to other trekking as per guest request. However, visit other trekking sites may include additional charge.
